We are happy to announce that we had such a great festival in Cottage Grove last year, once again in 2010 the festival will coincide with the Western Oregon Exposition and the Antique Auto Races. We had lots of family fun in beautiful Cottage Grove, the

"Covered Bridge Capital of Oregon".

Cottage Grove

Cottage Grove is a friendly, and family-oriented small town. It is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, Cottage Grove has a variety of opportunities for family recreation. Cottage Grove and Dorena Lake are located only minutes from the downtown area. They offer a variety of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, swimming and camping. Cottage Grove also offers golfing, bowling, and fine dining.

The Bohemia Mining District, located past the Dorena Reservoir, is the site of a mid-ninteenth century gold rush. Covered bridges, abandoned mines and ghost towns such as Bohemia City can be toured by vehicle.

Some of the events included Covered Bridge History, Collectible Postal Stamp Cancellation, Timber Competitions, Historic Auto Clubs, Live Music, Fine Arts and Crafts, Children’s Games and Entertainment and of course Wonderful Food Booths!
